Provide a Link To a Ticket

When developing internal knowledge base or information base materials, it is often convenient to refer back to data held in an Incident Manager (IM) ticket.

This is especially true in the early stages of Knowledge Unit development where the first instance of a problem and its solution are held within a ticket.


The SQI CIE Knowledge Center and Information Center are configured to understand inter-component links. To link from one of these "Instant Publish" pages to a specific ticket, include the markup shown below, where ### is replaced with the ticket number.


This markup will generate a link preceded by the icon for tickets
